Exhibit Booths

The exhibition will be held in the combined Halls 1 and 2 of the SEC, Glasgow. The floor plan is shown overleaf. Please note this plan is not to scale and that individual stand boundaries are indicative. There is the opportunity to aggregate or subdivide stands shown to give you the space you require. Scientific poster displays, poster presentations, refreshments, and lunchtime catering will all take place in exhibition hall.

Exhibition Build:

Saturday 31 August 2019 - 1400 – 1800 *
Sunday 1 September 2019 - 1230 – 1700 *

* Please note that no access will be permitted out with these hours. Exhibitors who arrive early or late will be turned away. Please plan your stand design based on the time allocation.

Opening hours are expected to be:

Monday 2 September - 1000 – 1700
Tuesday 3 September - 1000 – 1700
Wednesday 4 September - 1000 – 1700
Thursday 5 September - 1000 – 1700

* Please note the timings may be subject to slightchanges based on the scientific programme.

Exhibition Stand Fees:

6sqm: £2,100
9sqm: £3,150

* Companies can purchase more than one stand to create larger spaces if required.

Additional Exhibitor Staff Badge: £100 per badge**

Fee includes:

  • Shell scheme frame
  • Carpet
  • One 500w power socket (Additional power supply can be purchased from GES Ltd if required. A booking form will be issued on request.)
  • Fascia name panel for company name
  • Company exhibitor name badge for two persons
  • Tea/Coffee and Lunch for two exhibition staff per 6/9sqm
  • Listing on conference website
  • 50 words text entry in conference programme
  • Daily cleaning of the aisles and common areas
  • Venue security
  • Access to the welcome reception event
  • Access to whisky tasting event
  • Free access to Wifi

PLEASE NOTE furniture is not included. Exhibitors are responsible for the ordering of their own furniture via the appointed exhibition contractor GES Ltd. A brochure link will be emailed to exhibitors. Furniture must be ordered before arriving at the conference.
